The autumn school term is about to start and children will be retuning to school. Some children will be starting school for the first time and parents tend to be anxious for their children. For parents it is improtant to know that:

 

  • Your child is being looked after by childcare professionals that have the well being of your child at heart.
  • Your child will be making and forming new friendship that in some cases can last a life time.
  • Your child's development will be enhance through several skills that is aquired in the school environment.


Help your child fell relax about the new experince by:

  • Talking to your child about what to expect from school.
  • You not showing to your child how anxious you are.
  • Having the line of communication open between yourself and your child's teacher.


Enjoy the feeling with your child and you will be surprised how quickly your child settels into the school environment.

Booking terms:

  1. A 50% deposit or signatory of contract is required to hold the booked crèche. This will be deducted from your final bill.
  2. Cancellation that is less than a week to the event will incur a fee of no less than 80%.
  3. Booking can be cancelled by Eden Mobile Crèche if no payment has been received.
  4. Confirmation for the numbers of children is required for a final price to be given.
  5. Contract must be signed and returned for full confirmation of our mobile crèche service.
  6. There is a daily charge for late payment exceeding agreed date.



Health and Safety:

  1. We visit the venue of your event, before the day to check the safety of the space and environment we will be setting up. This is to met OFSTED rules and work within the health and safety guidelines.
  2. Objects that could be seen as dangerous and hazardous to the children will be moved out of the way for the safety of the children and staff.
  3. Parents will be registering their children on arrival for us to identify the children in our care.
  4. All our equipments are checked regularly and conform to British Standards Regulations.
  5. We have First aid trained staff present on the day and always carry a first aid kit.
  6. Our child to staff ratio is in guidelines with OFSTED rules and regulations.



Behaviour Policy:

  1. Any child, who constantly put the safety of other children into danger, by continually being disruptive, will be collected by their parents/cares.



Equal Opportunities:

  1. EDEN MOBILE CRECHE practices equal opportunities and all children are included into activities set up.
  2. Our staff team are employed on our practice of equal opportunities.



Child Protection:

  1. Our staff team are CRB checked.
  2. Parents/Carers and event organiser are only allowed into the crèche environment.
  3. Children are only to be collected by their parents/carers or collected by another named person during registration.
  4. Every child is provided with a wrist band as form of identifying with our crèche.
