Having creche service with any planned event takes time and planning. Plan ahead when wanting to use a creche facility for an event. It is important to have the creche provision included from the start of the event planning because it provides the opportunity to get the word out there as soon as possible. The moment the word is out there right from the leaflet to the advertising of the event, delegates will defiantly make use of the creche service. If delegates attending the event are not used to seeing a creche service, you will not be surprised they will not be making use of it.  

• Ensure the creche services is being provided for the right event and the right delegates that will make use of the creche.
• Advertise and spread the word.
• The more clients are aware a creche service is being provided, the more they will make use of it.
• If the numbers that used the creche service was not high the first time, do not give up and think it did not work but rather, ensure to get the word out there much earlier for next time and you will be surprised about the turn out.
